Human Resources would like to thank you in advance for your participation in important training and learning about “Effective, Engaging and Compliant” interviews.

If you are taking part in any selection process activities with AURA, it is required that you complete the following set of trainings in the “AURA LMS” and the “LinkedIn Learning” systems.

Effective interviews require preparation, organization, consistency, and active engagement by Hiring Managers (HM) and members of the Hiring Committee (HC). Effective interviewing provides a powerful approach and process for our HR Recruiters and HMs to make the best hiring decisions.

Making the best decisions based on a candidate’s fit to the selection criteria is key, and it is also imperative that our selection process is fair, unbiased, and compliant.

Whether you are an experienced, skilled, or novice interviewer, you will benefit from reviewing the various learning modules and can successfully apply the information in future selection processes.

Our goal is for AURA to have more efficient, engaging, and compliant selection processes which support the best hires for our organization.

Below are instructions on how to access AURA UKG Pro Learning and LinkedIn Learning:

AURA Learning - AURA Employee Instructions

  1. Log in to Ultipro at aura.ultipro.com and use your single sign on credentials.

  2. Once you arrive on the home page (see screenshot below) navigate towards the shortcuts section and click on the three dots next to “My Shortcuts”.

  3. A new window will appear where you can toggle your shortcuts on your home page. Please toggle the “Myself > UKG Pro Learning”

  4. Once you have added the shortcut, you can click on the UKG Pro Learning field and will be directed to the AURA Learning homepage.

  5. Once you are directed to the page below, hover your mouse over “Training” in the blue row above and click on “My Training”. You will see your assigned trainings on this new page.
